Do I need to prepare for a session?
You don’t need to be “ready” — you only need to be open and willing. That said, a little preparation can help you feel grounded and clear.

- Bring water and a notebook. Please ensure you’re in a calm space where you won’t be disturbed.
How do online sessions work?
Most experiences are held virtually via Zoom. Energy work transcends physical space, the results are just as powerful remotely as they are in person. If you would like to keep a recording of your session, you are welcome to, simply request this at the beginning of your session so it can be set up.
Are results guaranteed?

What is your refund policy?
Experiences: All bookings are non-refundable. Sessions may be lovingly rescheduled or transferred with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Store Products: Due to their energetic and personalised nature, all products are final sale. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packaged with eco-conscious materials. Please allow 3–7 business days within the UK, and longer for international orders depending on customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international delivery is available. Please allow additional time for customs.
What if I have allergies or medical conditions?
