Experiences: All bookings are non-refundable due to the sacred nature of the work and energy investment required. Sessions can, however, be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Products: Because oracle readings and sacred items are personalised, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
